He is an experienced leader in all layers of operations with emphasis on sales. As the founder and Managing Director of Telecom Research Partners (formerly Business Research Partners), Mr. Andrus has consulted for and directed as an executive numerous start-up and early stage companies through their technology validation and market introduction stages. He is uniquely positioned as having intimacy with the product innovation and the ability to execute on the company's business plan. Mr. Andrus is also the inventor of the intelligent computer cable.


Mr. Oldham has extensive experience in M&A and financial consulting to early stage and middle market companies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also has deep experience in all aspects of operations both as a principal and a CFO. Brad's professional career has included most recently the position of CFO at Reliant Holdings and past positions as Partner with Hunt Capital Group and Senior Business Valuator for Ernst & Young.
 


Mr. Hughes directed the Primestar/DirecTV marketing program - the most successful program in the history of consumer electronics driving over 3,000,000 sales through 2,500 direct sales reps, 5,000+ retail locations in 97 different Nielsen markets in just a few years. He has over 20 years of marketing, sales and business development expertise. Mr. Hughes has won numerous national marketing awards for record-setting sales and has been the featured speaker at numerous international industry conferences and seminars.
 


Mr. Askildsen has held executive positions in several successful early stage high-technology corporations over the last decade. With Master degrees in electrical engineering and technical management he effectively bridges the communication gap between the marketing and engineering departments to ensure the delivery of products within time, budget and specifications. As an expert executive manager Mr. Askildsen has supervised a variety of interdisciplinary product development projects both in-house and outsourced overseas. His executive experience includes Vice President Engineering at Realtronics and most recently Lloyds Systems where he was instrumental in moving the robotics company into the global leader in their market niche. In addition to deep technical knowledge of the design and manufacturing of electronic products, Mr. Askildsen possesses strong business acumen and a proactive intellectual property protection philosophy. He has extensive patent experience with over 18 patent applications and issued patents to his credit while with various technology companies.
 


Mr. Sadler is a thirty-year veteran sales executive, visionary and team leader for organizations ranging in scope from start-ups to billion dollar Fortune 500 corporations. Corporate assignments at partners such as Memorex, Xerox, and Control Data Corporation can be found on his resume... His range of experience in diverse industry market segments documents an extraordinary cross-functional management background. Most recently as Founder of Coast to Coast Sales, an electronics retail sales and consulting organization Mr. Sadler represented multi-national corporations such as Monster Cable, Samsung, and Hanny Magnetics to name a few.
 
George has a record of increased shareholder value, profitable sales results, focused market penetration, and sustained customer service levels in every corporate assignment. His mission at Data Drive Thru is to serve as a catalyst for positive change providing sales leadership based on experience, and a high level of service.
 


Ms. Banchs has over 18 years experience in marketing and selling direct-to-consumer during which she has launched and built many high profile consumer products and brands. From 1991 to 1998 she worked at QVC – US and QVC - UK, rising through the ranks to become a buyer in an area that generated over $90 million in sales. She has also served as the Executive Producer and VP of Marketing for the New York-based infomercial agency, Tactica. She also conceived of and built a division within Transitional Marketing Partners (TMP) called Product Partners, to bring products to the live shopping world via Home Shopping Network (HSN). Three years ago Ms. Banchs started Creative Response, a consulting company that works with products and brands to create and execute go to market strategies. Ms. Banchs is also a regular on-air host at HSN.
